The 1032E is a tube bending machine from the Up&Down series with double bending direction integrated into the cycle, for tubes up to 32mm in diameter. The cross movements of the bending head allow it to create tube geometries that normally require post processing operations with a single machine, and without operator intervention. The 1032E meets the specifications of sectors that require high production and precision, due to the wide range of accessories for specific processes that it can mount and the ability to produce bends with CLR/DIA ratio lower than 0.8, or with variable radius. The 10 controlled axes are driven by absolute digital motors with Full Electric technology controlled by a CNC Siemens 840D sl.
