The 1025E is a tube bending machine with a double bending direction, left and right in cycle, from the Up&Down series for tubes up to 25mm in diameter. The cross movements of the bending head allow it to process tube geometries that normally require post processing operations during the automatic cycle and without operator intervention. This tube bending machine is perfect for sectors requiring high production and precision because of the broad range of accessories for specific and unusual processes. It can produce bends with CLR/DIA ratio even lower than 0.8, or bends with variable radius. The 10 axes are driven by Full Electric motors and controlled by a CNC Siemens 840D sl.
