1948 yılında Agostino Crippa tarafından kurulan Crippa, 1977 yılında şirketleşip büyüdükten sonra yaklaşık yarım asırdır metal boruların bükümü ve şekillendirilmesi için kullanılan makineler üretmekte ve bu süre zarfı içinde her zaman kendi alanında öncü ve teknoloji lideri olmaktadır.
Her dönemde, çağın gereksinimlerine göre makinelerinde son teknolojiyi, seri imalatı ve sürdürülebilir kaliteyi hedefleyen Crippa günümüzde, her sektörün her ihtiyacına hitap edebilen, ø6 – ø225 mm arasında ve 13 full cnc kontrollü eksene kadar çıkabilen son teknoloji seri ve kusursuz imalat yapabilen boru bükme ve boru uç şekillendirme makineleri imal etmektedir. SMALL SERİSİ
Maksimum Ø20 mm ‘ kadar olan çaptaki boruların bükümünü full servo elektrik kontrollü yapan en küçük model serisidir. 3 modelden oluşur; modellerin birbirinden en temel farkları büküm yön kontrolüdür, sizin talebinize ve büküm yapılacak boru ve makinenin bulunduğu alana göre tasarlanır, tavsiye edilir. Tüm modeller üst üste konan çoklu kalıplar ile birden farklı radüs bükebilmektedirler.
LİNEAR SERİSİ
Ø16 – Ø80 mm arasında olan çaptaki boruların bükümünü full servo elektrik kontrollü yapan orta model seridir. 0,8D radüsün de altına inebileceğiniz bu modellerde aynı zamanda farklı çap ya da radüslerden oluşan kalıpları sıralı ve üst üste şekilde makineye bağlayabiliyorsunuz. Büküm kafasının sağa ya da sola büküm yön, manuel olarak mekanik müdahaleyle değiştirilebilmektedir. Otomotiv, savunma, uzay&havacılık ve mobilya sektörlerinde hatasız ve seri imalat için tercih edilirler.
UP & DOWN SERİSİ
Ø22 – Ø55 mm çapları arasındaki kompleks şekilli boruların bükümlerini full servo elektrikli olarak yapan seridir.
Diğer modellerden farklı olarak bu serilerde, büküm kafasının hem altında hem de üstünde kalıp sistemleri yer alır ve bükümü yapılacak parçanın makineye, yere ya da kendisine çarpmasını engellemek adına büküm kafası borunun etrafından dönebilme kabiliyetine sahiptir. Bu sebepten dolayı standart sağ/sol yönlü makinelerde bükülemeyecek helezon, serpantin, spiral tarzı kompleks şekilli parçalar için ideal bir modeldir. 1020-1055 kodları arasındaki tüm modellerde kafa boru ekseni etrafında hareket ederken, SIXTY modelinde ise kafa hem boru ekseninde hem de kendi ekseninde 360° dönüş yapabilmektedir.
HEAVY SERİSİ
Ø80 – Ø150 mm arasında olan çaptaki boruların bükümünü full servo elektrik kontrollü olarak yapan büyük ve ağır seridir.
0,8D radüse inebileceğiniz bu modellerde aynı zamanda farklı çap ya da radüslerden oluşan kalıpları sıralı ve üst üste şekilde makineye bağlayabiliyorsunuz. Büküm kafasının sağa ya da sola büküm yön, manuel olarak mekanik müdahaleyle değiştirilebilmektedir. Çelik konstrukiyon dekoratif boru işleri, gemi imalat, doğalgaz boru hatları, orta ve ağır segment otomotiv gibi sektörler tarafından tercih edilirler
HEAVY BWT SERİSİ
The Heavy BWT series was created to process tubes with very large diameters: these machines can hold heavy loads and and withstand stressful production cycles. This series offers a range of multistack or single stack tube bending machines, and both versions are multiradius. All have last generation absolute servomotors with integrated feedback and diagnostics. Full Electric axes driven by CNC Siemens 840D sl run these machines. Despite the large size, these tube bending machines ensure reduced energy consumption and present an ergonomic layout that guarantees high level comfort for the operator.
Full Elektrikli CNC Boru Ucu Şekillendirme Makineleri
HIGHLIGHTS
New CNC shaping solutions with from 7 to 9 steps and endforming power up to 12 Tons. These endforming machines are offered with horizontal, vertical or double tool change beam with interpolated movement to respond to any production need. All these features can be found in an extremely small space.
RAPID
Endforming machines from the Rapid Series are extremely compact and designed to meet less complex production needs, while guaranteeing high levels of accuracy. The extremely compact ergonomics of the endforming machines in this line makes them easy to move and highly suitable for integration into new and existing work cells, also with Profinet communication protocol. The S0 and S1 machines have PLC with self-learning programming systems.
QUICK SERİSİ
Endforming machines from the Quick series are machines having up to three axes that can make up to 6 steps to shape the tube. They have an endforming power of 8 tons in thrust and rotation, because they can integrate different rotating heads. This family of machines uses CNC Siemens 840D sl technology. The Quick series also includes a model that can integrate hydroforming processes and endforming in the cycle. The performance of this line allows very complex shaping processes on short and medium-long tubes.
HEAVY SERİSİ
Heavy series endforming machines with vertical clamping are suited for complex processes: they can complete up to 6 steps during the cycle. This line ensures high production levels and high standards of quality and precision. Despite their large dimensions, the movements of the two CNC axes are precise. The machine is managed by the CNC Siemens 840D sl: very high performance numerical control technology. The layout of these endforming machines was designed to make operation and tool change operations easier, in addition to reducing the floor space occupied for a machine that was originally designed to process large diameters.
MEASUREMENT TECH
Crippa measuring systems allow operators to memorise measurements with a click and then re-elaborate and analyse them for automatic calculations of main statistics, such as Cp and CpK. New programs are created with the intuitive graphics interface. Also, thanks to the automatic part recognition function, the operator only has to capture the sample to measure, to retrieve the automatic measurement program.
EASYGAUGE is a contactless measuring device for measuring then ends of processed or shaped tubes or any other object. Easygauge could be compared to a classic optical projector for profiles, which performs all measuring and control functions automatically. Easygauge is a powerful measuring tool for process control. Measurements taken with a precision of ±0.01mm are memorised in EXCEL files and can be re-elaborated and analysed for statistical process calculations Cp and CpK. New programs are created with the intuitive graphics interface.
The device has several programs memorised with different shapes, and therefore it has an automatic part recognition function: when the sample to measure is captured, the device can recognise the shape and automatically retrieve the relative measurement program.

In addition to tube bending and endforming machines, we integrate robots; drilling, cutting and shearing benches; optical measurement and viewing systems, loading and unloading systems, and automated handling systems built specifically for each product.
